Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, coordinating with field marketing executives, and ensuring effective communication with clients. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination or related field is preferred, but freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities under the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, field marketing executives, and clients.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to clients as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution.
  • Document and report project issues and resolutions to Project Managers.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Project Managers.
