Facade Lighting Services was founded by Mr. Saivadhurai. He is the director and founder of Facade Lighting Services. Today, the business has experienced exponential growth and is run under his direction not only in Dubai but also in the rest of the UAE, India, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
Additionally, he has a sizable partnership with Dubai-based businesses that provide technical services and interior fit-out. Our success is due to our dedication to providing high-quality lighting solutions that match our client’s expectations. Now, we are the popular lighting company in the UAE. In addition, he has stock in a restaurant business.
With the help of his brothers, he manages businesses like India’s 4M supermarket, Jothi food products, and 4M contracting company. Their combined efforts have resulted in substantial growth and success for each venture.
Additionally, he is a shareholder in the Topi Vappa restaurant. It has more than 23 locations around Tamil Nadu, many of which have successfully entered foreign markets. Big Bear Crafts at Nagercoil was founded as a result of his love of nature.
Big Bear Crafts has been creating and marketing handicrafts made from teak wood and coconut shell that may be used as an alternative to non-compostable materials both locally and abroad. His businesses provide direct and indirect benefits to more than 2000 working people’s families.

Our founder Mr. Saiva Durai received recognition from Dubai Tamil Radio for his involvement in the 2017 Alankanallur Jallikattu protest. The Federation of Industries presented the Young Entrepreneur Award in 2019 and 2020.
