We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the facade lighting industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and prior fieldwork experience. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, building relationships with architects, consultants, and builders, and promoting our innovative facade lighting solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of field sales/marketing experience (facade/lighting/construction industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical concepts related to lighting and architecture
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute field-based sales and marketing strategies to promote facade lighting solutions
Visit architects, consultants, builders, and contractors to pitch our lighting products and services
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and follow-ups
Present product demonstrations, technical information, and design support to clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with the design and technical team to provide customized lighting solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to the management
Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are consistently achieved
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
